To our valued customers, government leaders, trade associates, & friends: Please find attached herein a press release detailing a new joint venture agreement between Ames Goldsmith Corporation of Glens Falls, New York and Solar Applied Materials, of Tainan, Taiwan. The joint venture will begin manufacturing operations in Taiwan in 2006, with plans to eventually expand into main land China sometime thereafter.
